We had All Pro extend our rear porch and screen it. Tomas’s team did a great job. They had to install new support beams, extend our concrete slab, extend the roof, dig and pour footings for the porch’s post supports, frame out the porch, install the screens, and paint/caulk the frame and ceiling. While there was a small issue with the finish on a couple of the posts, Tomas came himself to insure that everything was handled to our satisfaction. The crew just left, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Tomas is as good as his word.

When Tomas gives his word you can count on it. The professional cleaning, repair and staining of our entire 587 feet of cedar fencing and two gates was done with perfection. The replacement of our 416 sq foot deck, the split level landing stairway to our ground floor, plus the screened lanai beneath the deck was superb. We approached Jaci after she had spoken with our neighbors who also had inquired about them doing work for them. She measured our yard, got our information, and got us scheduled. There was a short delay due to rain but Jaci and the owner of All Pro, Tomas Flores, came to our home to personally apologize for the delay.
All Pro sent their crew out next day and they were efficient and respectful. We requested three gates. A six foot gate, and two four foot gates. They were able to accommodate this for us. Our family’s fence has been falling apart for years. It’s been overwhelming and a source of stress for a long time. Our dog has gotten out and other animals get in. A chunk of it was laying on the ground by the time we called All Pro to remove the fence and build a new one. Today I stood in my backyard for the first time in eleven years and cried. Thankful to have worked with Tomas and his team. We had a challenging start with city approvals, weather issues etc. but Tomas was very patient and eventually was able to complete the project to the city’s standards. Tomas’s team worked quickly to finish the job over a weekend or a few hours depending on what it was that they were working on. Quality is good and Tomas was sure to say that if there was ever an issue, that he would come back and fix it.

Tomas is quick in response and provided reasonable estimates for my deck renovation. His estimates were reasonable than 2 other estimates. My deck was 14 years old and needed repair. Tomas suggested renovating the entire deck at a price I could work with. He brought to my attention that my previous deck didn’t use the premium wood. His crew quickly started the job and finished it in 3 days with enough crew to support it. I had expensive roses planted next to the deck and I was worried they would be damaged during the renovation. However, I was pleasantly surprised when Tomas’s crew took care of them and didn’t harm the roses. I appreciate their attention to the bushes next to the deck. I highly recommend this company and will hire it for future deck or fencing work.
